Mercedes is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of clinical experience, double board certified in Emergency Nursing, and a former national trainer for a large aesthetics organization.
Patients come to us because they are nervous, overwhelmed, tired of being oversold, or recovering from disappointing experiences elsewhere. Our approach is conservative, educational, and individualized.

Your appointment begins with a detailed conversation about your goals, concerns, and medical history. We assess the face as a whole — facial harmony matters more than chasing individual lines or trends.
Many patients are able to receive treatment the same day as their consultation, though the appropriate treatment time must be booked in advance.
We prioritize comfort throughout the entire experience and use multiple techniques to make treatments as comfortable as possible. We also understand that some patients experience sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or medical trauma — you are never "too nervous" for this office.

Payment, Booking & Wellness
We offer multiple financing options including Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, and PatientFi. A deposit is required to reserve appointments; cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for deposit refund (48 hours for appointments with Dr. Kelly).
We also offer wellness-focused services through Medical Director Dr. Kelly, board certified in Internal Medicine and Menopause Medicine, including hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss.
