Membership Details

Botox® allowances are per treatment, not a bank of units. Unused units do not roll over or transfer to another treatment.
Included treatments must be completed during the active membership term.
Microneedling scheduling is individualized based on your provider's treatment plan and may be completed as a series when clinically appropriate.
All treatments are subject to provider assessment, medical eligibility, and recommended clinical intervals.
Membership benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be shared with another patient.
Dang Dena treatment credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire when the membership ends.
Once four unused credits are accumulated, no additional credit is issued until one is redeemed.
Membership terms are determined by the initial membership length listed for each program.
