Labs Ordered & Consult Booked
$100 depositBased on Dr. Kelly's standing orders, we'll place your baseline labs through LabCorp and book your 60-minute consultation with Dr. Kelly at the same time. The $100 deposit secures your appointment and is applied directly to your $300 consult fee. All cancellations require a 48-hour notice.
Option 1 · Insurance
Labs are billed through your health plan. Coverage for hormone-specific labs varies by carrier — Full Spectrum cannot guarantee coverage, and any balance not covered is the patient's responsibility.
Option 2 · LabCorp Cash-Pay
Pay LabCorp directly at their direct-pay rates.

If insurance won't cover the hormone-specific labs only, you may opt into direct-pay for just those.
60-Minute Consultation with Dr. Kelly

Called in directly to your pharmacy. Most are covered by insurance, or brought to an affordable level through GoodRx coupons for cash-pay patients.
Compounded cream
$45/moFor patients who are a fit, a local compounding pharmacy provides a personalized hormone cream at a flat $45/month regardless of insurance — delivered to your home free of charge by courier.
Ongoing Care & Monthly Management
$99/moIncludes direct access to Dr. Kelly's team for questions, prescription refills, and all follow-up telehealth visits with Dr. Kelly. Any additional labs ordered through treatment follow the same insurance or cash-pay rules above.

Every patient begins with a brief medical intake to confirm eligibility. Once approved, your medication and supplies are shipped directly to you. Dose adjustments are made gradually over time based on your response and tolerance — and your monthly rate never increases because of a higher dose.
